General questions on the digital edition
Q:
Why is there a limit to the number of pages I can print at a time?
A:
On most magazines there is a 20-page limit on the number of pages
you can print at one time, primarily to not overload the browser
since printing requires some hefty downloads to your browser.
On a very few number of magazines, this limit may be reduced to a
1-page at a time limit for publisher reasons.
In some instances, you may not be allowed to print,
and in that case, the "Print" button will not be displayed.

Q:
Can I save pages or articles without having to download the whole magazine?
A:
You may not save specific articles or pages.
You may view any page while you are online, or you can download the
magazine. Since the magazine is not shown in
standard web "HTML", you also cannot copy and paste the article text.
This is to both protect copyrighted content, as well as
to allow displaying and printing of the content without the use of
plug-ins or additional software.

Q:
Why is this not in PDF format? Can I convert it to a PDF?
A:
The Texterity format does not allow direct copy and paste text grabs, which protects the publisher's copyrighted content.
Also, this format was developed with the goal of not requiring any additional plug-ins or software. It is not possible
to convert the displayed information to PDF files, except for specific magazines where PDF downloads are allowed.

Q:
None of the buttons work. What's the deal?
A:
There's a content blocker on your network; there is nothing we can do to fix this.
Try accessing your magazine from somewhere else.
