We're looking for an aggressive, organized and web-aware salesperson to sell
digital delivery magazine services to business-to-business, consumer and
association publishers. This person will be responsible for identifying new
opportunities, handling inbound leads, and making direct calls via telephone
and in-person to magazine publishers in North America.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Identifying leads using market data and research
- Cold calling potential publishing customers
- Identifying prospect’s goals and objectives for digital delivery of their magazines
- Presenting our solution to interested parties – in person, on the telephone and via webinars
- Obtaining demo files and closing sales
- Responding to customer or prospect inquiries
- Staffing and selling new business at various trade shows throughout the year
- Maintaining salesforce.com database
- Exceeding quarterly sales quota
- Working effectively with Account Managers, Project Managers and Senior Management
Required Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication skills - both oral and in writing
- Strong customer service skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint),
Salesforce.com, Internet Explorer and/or Mozilla Firefox

- Copy and collate marketing materials for event and sales call usage and
update internal document matrix online
- Research competition and assist with billing and forecasting
- Compile and distribute weekly sales report
- Update portions of Texterity web site
- Answer and route incoming calls including sales rep requests
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong communication skills - both oral and in writing

This role demands a person who is customer service oriented, highly organized,

Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Manage client relationships by serving as customers’ primary contact
to establish schedules, gather feedback, resolve issues, etc.
- Oversee the digital issue creation process, including scheduling, tracking
and delivery of issues to clients and subscribers
- Interact with internal production teams to ensure work is completed on time
- Coordinate the review and incorporation of client feedback of our sites
- Understand and clearly articulate our products capabilities; identify
opportunities for increased use of Texterity products and services [This work

Minimum requirements:
- 3+ years of Java Web development (Tomcat/Struts/JSP/Tiles are a plus)
